Welcome to Community Interviews
Working remotely can be, or at the very least feel somewhat lonely at times. In an effort to build communities around working remotely and hybrid, we have decided to create what we call "Community Interviews".
They are quite simple, we meet with people who work remotely, and we just talk. For our first interview, we thought there would be no better way to start than with a community dear to our hearts. The GrowRemote community.

Whilst it started in Ireland, the grow remote work community is growing rapidly and expanding all over the globe. The vibrant Slack channel hosts friday zoom coffee hours, and they also organise local meetups.
This first interview is with Dónal Kearney who is the community manager for Grow Remote. In the episode he introduces Grow Remote, and we discuss three examples of local impact led by remote workers, and how he came about working remotely over the past year.
