If you run over the 300 minutes (roughly 10 meetings) on the Free plan your Clearword account will be paused and Clearword will not join any further calls if the limit is reached.

Like on Free, your Clearword usage will be paused. You can still access your previous meetings, but Clearword won't join any new upcoming meetings. You also have the handy option to add extra minutes to your account if it has been a particularly busy month. It is easy to add extra minutes from the account section.

Yes, if you are on a monthly plan you can cancel at any time. You can also upgrade your monthly or annual plans at any point if you wish to do so.

Today signup is only possible with Google Auth to simplify your signup process and ensure high-levels of security and password protection for your account

Yes! We support Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. ‍

Currently only English is officially supported however we do have a beta version which supports over 100+ languages. Your transcripts will be in your language, and the summaries will be generated in English. You can get in touch with us if you want to facilitate a change.
